The Proteomics Facility offers services ranging from mass determination to identification and relative quantification of thousands of proteins from biopsies, cells extracts or laser microdissected FFPE tissues for differential label-free proteomics.

This section is dedicated to the basics of mass spectrometry: determine the mass of a molecule. But this simple analysis can already bring a lot of information on a protein.
Protein quantitation can be done either in targeted mode to gain absolute quantification or in untargeted mode to identify and relatively quantify several thousands of proteins through a set of samples representing several conditions to compare.
This package of tests is proposed to control and fully characterize protein batch production. This involves a control of purity, quality and identification of protein component(s).
